Pioneer Guard is the nationally ranked, co-ed Armed Drill Team of Leavenworth High School JROTC. As one of the elite drill teams in the country, our cadets train relentlessly in military-style drill, rifle exhibition, and regulation sequences, embodying the values of leadership, teamwork, and dedication.

2025-2026 PIONEER GUARD CONTRACT
The Pioneer Guard Contract is a formal agreement that sets the standard for every cadet who wishes to be part of this elite drill team. It clearly outlines the expectations for discipline, conduct, commitment, and teamwork—both on and off the drill floor.
By signing, cadets pledge to uphold the Army values, maintain their grades, respect their teammates, and give their full effort at every practice and event.
This contract ensures that every member understands the responsibility that comes with wearing the Pioneer Guard name and the level of dedication required to succeed.
